Policies Swim Diapers - Every child 3 years and under (potty trained or not) must wear a re-usable swim diaper. NO DISPOSABLES ALLOWED. Lessons - Wait for the instructor's cue that class has started to enter the pool. Pool Use -Pool is for class use only. No open swim during lesson time. We cannot guarantee instructors. MAKE-UP AND REFUND POLICY We strongly discourage make-up classes. It is important that your child attends their regularly scheduled class. However, we do understand the occasional illness. There will be two make-up lessons allowed for missed classes during a session. The cost for scheduling the first make-up will be $8.00 and must be paid when the lesson is scheduled. We offer a free Family Swim for the entire family for the second make-up. Family Swim is offered on Saturdays (check pool for time). No scheduling is necessary...come and enjoy. If you are missing more than two lessons, please consider our cancellation policy. For serious illness, we will provide make-up lessons free of charge. A doctor's note must be provided. HEALTH Don't feed your child one hour before coming to class to avoid the possibility of throwing up during class. Diarrhea - Do not attend class until there is 7-10 days with no sign of diarrhea. Fever - Please do not attend class if your child has a fever. Cold - If your child has a cold and your child feels okay, you can come to class. The humidity may help clear sinuses. Keep us informed of any other health conditions or contagious illnesses.
